Position Purpose:
To provide quality food service to residents, staff and visitors:
1.
Prepare meals based on menu requirements 2.
Cook and serve breakfast, lunch and supper daily; cater meals as requested.
3.
Fill all food service requisitions 4.
Maintain adequate inventory of specified food groups and supplies.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent - Sanitation Certificate - Minimum of one year experience in similar position in a health care setting preferred
