Responsibilities Collect client data regarding psychiatric/addiction condition and how condition affects their ability to function.
Provide technical psychiatric mental health services to adults.
Assist in maintaining daily routines while clients are hospitalized or in a residential or day treatment setting.
Provide skills and support to clients regaining coping abilities and to prevent progression of existing disability.
Participate in crisis interventions to create a therapeutic milieu for the facilitation of treatment goals.
Incident reporting, emergency/safety and infection control procedures; environment of care; safety training.
Shift Availability - Full time 7am-3:

30am Requirements Associate degree in related field or two years relevant college coursework (or see experience equivalent).
One year experience in a human service field (or see academic equivalent) Benefits (available to full time staff) Dental/Vision/Medical insurance Up to 20 vacation days per year for the first two years.
One additional vacation day per year after until maximum 32 days are reached.
9 Paid Holidays:
New Year's Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
