Description To maintain all facilities and grounds for Lake Park Residential.
Must be able to use hand tools, power tools, and have knowledge of Building Maintenance such as plumbing, light electrical, carpentry skills, and light HVAC.
Responsibilities Complete assigned tasks and work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Replace light bulbs, repair plumbing, adjusting T-Stats, change filters, repair furniture etc.
Trim, mow, weed, fertilize, snow removal (plow, shovel) & keep grounds free of litter.
Paint structures/surfaces as instructed in a neat and timely manner.
Demonstrate ability to utilize computer resources required to perform job responsibilities.
Requirements High School Diploma/ GED HVAC Preferred Experience in maintaining large facility preferred Locations:
